How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

remove conversation tab

I would like the option to remove or hide the conversations tab. Teams is a great way to post and link to team related spreadsheets or slideshows and doesn't require a chat function. Keeping one sometimes means there are chat posts that are missed because they are not expected.

    This is basic feature. Please add this.
    If not the conversation list is keep on growing and difficult to find the required conversations.

    Please add option to delete entire conversation, it is absolutely necessary to have.
    Without this my teams is absolutely mess and it becomes really difficult to search for old messages in so much of unnecessary chats.

    The conversation tab is fine for me, but it is absolutely necessary to be able to delete a conversation, as people very often resume a group conversation withouot intention.

    Please add a feature to delete the entire chat history. This is a much needed feature.

    Out of interest to organize and manage information, there must be the ability to delete info/data. I can't imagine how much redundant info is accumulating in networks across the world.

    against GDPR that's it it should not be under review or any kind of vote this is not an option as you are violating European Law in all conditions!!!

    Hi MS Team,

    You have to add options like "Clear chat history" or "Delete whole conversation tab" because without it you are violating user privacy of removing their own data on their own computer and profile. This is really a problem with EU countries where GDPR regulatinos are in place. You are violating user right to remove his personal data, moreover on his own PC.

    I would like the option to be able to delete an entire conversation or at least select multiple messages to delete at the same time rather than one at a time... takes way too long this way

    We are using the conversation under channels for open issues.... if the issue is solved, the conversation can be deleted... but actually not possible, please provide this kind of function

    We need to be able to delete the whole conversation, like with Skype IM’s.
