Please add a screen printing (snipping tool) in teams so we can capture part of our screen to show our team members.

Our company used to have Cisco Jabber and MS Teams for chat, now we only have Teams. The snipping option in Jabber is greatly missed.

I do a lot of "Win-Shift-S, select rectangle, Ctrl-V" operations during meetings to capture slides to onenote. That eats into the time for actually taking notes about the slides. If anything else is going on during the meeting, the chances of messing up one of these steps increase.
What I really want is a toolbar item or hotkey in onenote to capture (insert the image into the onenote page at point) the current shared screen image from this Teams meeting in one step.
I also miss the Skype feature that captured IM conversations into messages in an Outlook folder. From there we can add the message to onenote and capture the conversation in one step (albeit to a separate note, but that's often OK). Teams doesn't have a way to export IM or meeting threads at all (without a laborious and lossy series of copy-and-paste operations). I'd like to be able to capture meeting and chat threads from Teams to onenote with fewer steps (ideally one). Making that saved conversation thread a live copy (that updates as more messages are added, but lives as the note it's inserted into regardless of when Teams expires and deletes that thread) is not necessary but would certainly be cool.
Add snipping tool feature in teams. It is very important feature.
Our company just switched from Zoom to Teams, and this is one of the features I miss a lot from Zoom. Zoom had a screenshot button at the bottom of the chat window and it was so easy to make a screenshot and circle or highlight something on the captured image and share it in the chat.

1. Ios has camera button, so why not again.
2. I need to do it fast. like in line with the meeting or convo.
3. Where is the snip button? is it the screen print keyboard key? how many step are needed to find it in start?
4 .how do use snip with out looking it up google?
5. do I attach the snip as a file or clipboard.. (see the confusion)

such a basic function requires customer voting to be considered. 3 years later, we are still waiting. what a great tool Teams is

If you use Snip and paste to the comment line it shows up then disappears...
To get around that
1) Hover your mouse over the image and click the elipsis on the top right of the frame.
2) Choose Edit
3) Click the check Box.
Your image should show up.
How can a native tool in Windows not be apart of Teams? If I can get it to the clipboard why do i have to save it and attach it as a file?
It adds step to the process of sharing information. If I have an issue on a screen I just want to share the issue not my entire 4 panel screen. I may also want the team to have the error dialog as a reference image.
This is totally a no brainer. Get this fixed.
I mean, c'mon. this is a productivity tool. even jabber has this baked in. and jabber sucks.
Please add this feature! My company previously used Jabber and HipChat and they both had this feature. It is annoying to have to open up another tool and copy + paste
