Acknowledge Assigned Tasks
Once a task is assined to someone, it would be useful to have an acknowledge process where he accepts the tasks.
Tasks not accepted should be shown somewhere so that a manager can oversee if projects are moving or not and if team members are actually checking what was assigned to them.

I don't expect Microsoft to ever implement this feature since they have yet to implement features that have hundreds of requests compared to this, but who knows. Please put this functionality in Teams, MS!

Would like this functionality in acknowledging shifts assigned as well. This would be great as an option, not mandatory for every shift but certain shifts need to be acknowledged. Currently, we will assign a shift, but still have to have an extra step of communication to confirm that the employee received the information and is actually going to be at their assigned job.

I have this need to and see a huge benefit of having this functionality. As it is now you can get assigned tasks without having the possibility to accept it (or decline).
Missing this functionality promotes the bad behaiviour of assigning tasks to someone without speaking to them... yes it actually happens and is precieved as very rude.
