Loading Screen Stuck
On my machine, there's a bug where the 'Loading Teams...' screen gets stuck and stays visible even after Teams is running, and I can't close it. I have to use Task Manager to kill it and restart Teams several times a day. It seems to be tied to suspend/resume as it doesn't happen right away when I start Teams. I'm using an HP ZBook with an HP dock.
Same issue no matter how many computers I've tried. (I help in my office, so it's not just me.)

The same problem! I already tried to log-off and log-in again. Also tried to reinstall MS teams to latest (184.108.40.20657) but nothing helps!
And the strange thing - yesterday it was worked fine.

I had to logout of Teams and log back in.
If you can't do that, try uninstalling Teams and then re-installing it so you can login in fresh.

I have a variation of the same issue. I have a Lenovo P50 on a dock tied to three monitors, it is my primary workstation and I never shut it off or sleep it but I do log into it via remote desktop from home regularly and for me this is what always causes it. Any time I do a remote desktop session with this machine the teams loading screen (and often my last notifiation) get permanently "stuck" on screen and won't go away until Teams is killed via task scheduler. Then I restart Teams, finish my remote desktop work, come into work the next morning and log in locally and bam, same thing, teams loading screen is jammed again, have to kill and start Teams back up yet again. Plugging a projector into my workstation to give a presentation on my whiteboard in my office does the same thing, there is something you guys need to "handle" during changes to display layout or something along those lines, please look into this.
Still happening on a zBook with HP Dock here...
