Under the meetings section, it would be very useful to be able to Sync a calendar of which you already use, rather than inputting meetings etc into more than one calendar.

I’m a fan of all in one. So I prefere to have all the information in a single place, in order to have all under control. I don’t like double check so it’ll be very interesting to syncronize outlook web with outlook desktop. I hope you’ll can do it.
As far as i know Outlook Calendar on WEB and TEAM Calendar are already syncronized, becouse are both on cloude services.
Instead what will be VERY USEFULL to have, is to syncronize also the Outlook Calendar Desktop version. Doing so we wouldn't miss any meeting..!!! while so fare we'll miss it.
For example , all the emploies in our company are using Outlook Desktop ONLY and if you scheduling a meeting directly in TEAM this meeting will not reach them, becouse no invitation/allert will be received on outlook desktop version...!!! as well as no calendar will be update in outlook desktop!!! So, unless you go in TEAM Calendar or in Outlook on web you'll never know that somebody was scheduling a meeting where your attendance was required..!!! THIS IS NOT VERY SMART and is creating a lot of confusion and you need to double check your calendars...!!!
The nice to have solution is to extend the Calendar syncronization facility from TEAM Calendar to Outlook Calendar DESKTOP Version, ASAP...!!!

I have Outlook and Teams integrated. I think this is already covered
This is huge for us.
Agree! The Teams calendar and the Outlook calendar need to be integrated, so a user does not have to use two calendars.
