Integrate a contacts page
I would like to have a tab where you can enter all external contacts with details (maybe select Outlook contacts) so that the complete team knows who does what on the customer team.
You can also simply create a page in your SharePoint team site with the layout/design and information you want and then add has a TAB.
It would be awesome if a shared external contacts list could also allow us to upload existing spreadsheets of contacts (via CSV import or other..). We currently have a few different shared contacts lists living in google docs but they do not integrate well with Outlook. Thanks for your consideration!
