Add onedrive for business folder to Channel
It would be nice to be able to add a Onedrive for Business "Share" link to a channel.
Example: We have a shared OneDrive for Business - we use a general account, and we share credentials and/or share the root folder with the team.
We have folders that have files for a specific team (pre-existing prior to Microsoft Teams being published) in this shared OneDrive. It would be nice to be able to associate that EXISTING folder to a channel.
As of now, we can only create a NEW sharepoint library, we would like to attach an existing library that just happens to be a OneDrive folder.

I would really support this idea - it would make our internal collaboration and file sharing much easier, for instance working together on the same client in the OneDrive folder created for that client, invite external guests (subcontractors) who would not get access to our internal OneDrive, and just close the channel = project when it's done

It's an unmissable thing!
Hey Teams product team, what's stopping you from implementing OneDrive integration with Teams?
Strange to see that I can get Google Drive integration but not share my One Drive Folder with a team in Teams...
Why on earth has this only got 90 votes? Have I missed something! It’s such a no brainer I can’t believe it wasn’t in the original thinking.
I would strongly recommend adding the ability to connect OneDrive folders to specific teams and/or channels in MS Teams. It would make both products better - this way it all looks quite disjointed. I completely agree with Nick Kershner: I have the same issue and it is a bit disheartening that his comment is dated three years ago (in 2017)... and this issue has not yet been addressed.
This is so inconvenient not to be able to sync a Onedrive business folder with a team channel. This needs to be put right, more so when I am able to link 3rd party apps, unreal, get it sorted MS. I pay for this service, something I did not have to do with Google!
This is such a miss by Microsoft! How do you provide integrations with other platforms ahead of your own??? Seriously

This should be added without delay, along with the ms todo integration.

This is stupid.. why does dropbox and other appear, but no onedrive (for business!!!)?

Please make this available ASAP - it is still SharePoint anyways, don't make it to complicated for users. that is one thing that google may have advantage on MS is the simplicity of their tools, among other brands, not just google.
Uhhhh. Microsoft, isn't OneDrive owned by you? And GoogleDrive owned by Google...but we can't access OneDrive folders from within Team Channels????
A little bit of an oversight wouldn't you say!!??

It is mind boggling that we can't link OneDrive, but can link GoogleDrive. Sharepoint sort of works, but I don't have time to maintain multiple cloud repositories for information for my team. I want to edit a file on my computer's synced onedrive, and it is then reflected in a OneDrive folder for my team.

Agreed. Why is it that I can link just about every other cloud service buy Onedrive?
