Team directory
There should be a quick way of viewing all the public teams in my organization outside of search.

This request is still working its way through the backlog. Nothing additional to report yet.

What's the best way to search for the public team?

I am adding my 2 cents that a GOOD teams search and directory would add a lot of value

The search for teams should be a 'contains' search. At the moment it is 'starts with', which means that you often cannot find the team you are looking for unless you know the exact name.

Is there an update to this change? Currently users cannot join public teams without knowing the name.

As an Admin for O365, it would be nice if I can have visibility to all the Teams that has been created in our environment. Difficult to maintain or provide support when the Admin cannot even see all the teams in his/her environment.

This is very frustrating. Many users are complaining because public teams are not easily discoverable. The suggested teams page occasionally recommends a public team, presumably, based on signals. However, it doesn't show all public teams. Users can sometime fine the public team by using the search option at the top right of the suggested teams page. However, they are not always able to find the public team. There needs to be a way for users to browse all available public teams. I suggest having all public teams available to join on the suggested teams page. If you want to list recommendations from signals at the top, great ... but we need some way of browsing all public teams.

I'm also missing this feature. It really leads to a lot of confusion since everybody now creates their own team for things, leading to many duplicates
