When typing in Chat I'd like to be able to mark whether or not my message is urgent or not
Sometimes you want to be able to send an update which doesn't require the recipient to put down what ever they're working on and read it, other times you want to sent an urgent message.
I'd like to be able to set the priority of chat messages, maybe even with two different notification levels/icons?

I agree, Teams is conversation based and you don't know if a message is urgent or not until you read it - so you have to read every message when it comes. In reality some requests are not urgent, and I'd rather send them via email at the moment instead of needlessly interrupting someone.
A flag to turn off the alert for a single message would be good, and the receiver can review my message the next time they review their activity in teams.
