Audio call recording in Teams
How about recording an audio call when initiating a Teams call, similar to how Skype for Business does ?

1:1 convenience recording is currently on the teams backlog. We will share an updated here as soon as it is available.

Individual users need an opt-out by default settings to not transcribe their spoken words to the meeting recording transcript.

Hello,
We would like to have the feature to record all calls automatically on the cloud, so that the admin/QA can review the calls for Quality purposes.
This is for One to one call as well as Teams meetings calls. -

Having the option to record Audio only in Teams recordings and also having the option to record video with audio is ideal.

We need a cloud based solution for our Call Center that can be integrated with Team so that we could record calls in/out and store them for a period of time.

Are we going to be able to record any call, be PSTN or TEAMS calls?
It would need to be something policy controlled, so we can record any phone call in/out for any user and store those in a way that we can easily access using a web interface to download and offer long term storage options with Azure files or something like that.

This would be a handy choice to have, to record the meeting audio regardless of VoIP or dial-in/call back, to replay conversations for review.

Call centers such as ours need the ability to automatically record calls for QA purposes. I would like to see this feature added to all users in a call queue. Please add this feature.

No. It should not be added as many employers have evil minds and its a risk for the personal privacy of employees. They will be listening all the day to private calls of the employees and creating issues for them. Call recording is illegal against the law in many countries.

I can record 1 - 1 calls with team members but not external number, such as a mobile...
