Outlook (Mac) and Teams better integration
Outlook for Mac and Teams are not working together regarding attachments or mail publication:
- For attachments: it could be great, from a mail with attachements, to have a quick and easy way to publish the attachment into a channel (with a comment). Today, to do that, I need to save the attachment to my Mac and then upload it to Teams...
- For emails: I know that it is possible to send a mail to a channel but it could be better to have a "publish to teams" action in the email ribbon that act as a way to publish the mail to the channel and provide the ability to add a "title" that will appear in Bold in the channel.
When is the plugin for teams going to be avaiable for MAC?
Also, when will there be integration with the Mac OSX to improve notification delivery, do not disturb from the Mac OSX, I realise you can change DND inside the Teams Mac App. However, the notifications seem to sit outside OSX unlike Slack where they also show in the right handside notification bar?
Outlook integration would be welcome too.
Hello. When will the teams integration on Mac be released. It appears to be in version 16.17 (180816) according to the release notes but we still don't see it.

When do we get Teams Plugin? If not now, our user will not accept it and slack with Zoom will be prior. And S4B is no good go on Mac.
We need the Team plugin for Outlook Mac now. Stop making us wait. We love teams.

Teams is so much more stable on Mac compared to SfB, i am currently recommending all my users using more and more Teams and abandon SfB unless it gets more stable for Mac.
But we are missing this option to create from Outlook a Teams appointment..
When can we have it?
