Stuck in a login loop after password change
I recently change my system password, with MS Teams is already up and running in the background. I open Teams to check new messages, and it locks the app with the pop up "Can you please sign in again? Sorry for any inconvenience. Login Now"
I click Login Now but all it does is restarting MS Teams and show me the same message. I am unable to re-authenticate. I've tried restarting the application, that didn't work.
I had to right click on the systray icon to logout and re-login. I should be able to re-login when the app prompted "Login Now"

Thank you for your feedback, we have fixed the issue in regards to token expiration for builds after 1.3.00.4461. If you change your password, you should no longer get stuck in a login loop.

Check your autodiscover settings. We were having issues with our exchange periodically disconnecting and reconnecting users. Additionally, users randomly would have to re-authenticate. We found our autodiscover were not configured correctly to our domain in our DNS registrar. You could also use Microsoft Support and Recovery tool to find the issue, that is how we found the autodiscover issue. You can go to 1. https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ to find the Microsoft Support and Recovery Tool. Good luck.

Just experienced this. Workaround (right-click systray or taskbar icon and choose log out) was successful, but this needs resolution. Microsoft Teams Version 1.1.00.2251 (64-bit).

Happened today - still an issue. Everyone in my company has to change their password once a quarter at minimum. This is bound to cause issues here.

On a Mac, open Keychain Access and remove all Teams related entries. Then open Teams app and you should now be able to log in.

I was able to get around it by VERY QUICKLY clicking on my profile icon in the bottom left once it loaded, but before the message appeared again, and then clicking "log out". Finally took me back to the sign in page. Derp.
