Stuck in a login loop after password change
I recently change my system password, with MS Teams is already up and running in the background. I open Teams to check new messages, and it locks the app with the pop up "Can you please sign in again? Sorry for any inconvenience. Login Now"
I click Login Now but all it does is restarting MS Teams and show me the same message. I am unable to re-authenticate. I've tried restarting the application, that didn't work.
I had to right click on the systray icon to logout and re-login. I should be able to re-login when the app prompted "Login Now"

I confirm the issue is stil present with Microsoft Teams Version 1.0.00.26863 (64-bit). It was last updated on 10/2/17.

You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.0.00.25152 (64-bit). It was last updated on 9/16/17.
And still the issue persists

This is still a problem as of 9/7/2017 in version 1.0.00.23451.
Same here. Manual testing is still important...

Same thing happened to me - glad this post was here, as I hadn't yet found the systray icon.
Ran into this earlier today, except that I did not change my password recently nor did it expire. Managed to sign out by right-clicking on the Teams icon in the notification area and clicking sign out.

Removing all references to Teams in Credential Manager seems to resolve the issue. However, it should notice a new password sync issue and prompt you to re-enter, which it obviously does not.
Thank you for posting this, as it happened to me too.
At least it should say how to resolve it, instead of just show "Log in" continuously!

Glad you posted the solution; same thing happened to me. Very annoying. Teams should force sign-out when it hits this error.
