Desktop application bar continues to flash after message read
When I receive a message, I click on the desktop app and read, sometimes I'll even reply. Once I minimize the app and continue with my work, the app begins to flash until I click it. There are no new notifications or messages. Once clicked, it flashes two or three more times and stops. This is extremely irritating when trying to work and Teams keeps bugging me for nothing. Please fix this asap.

I get a notification popup. I click on it, or alt-tab to Teams. I click the "Reply" box under the new activity (because apparently looking at it isn't good enough to convince teams I have seen it). The (1) next to Activity goes away. I alt-tab back to what I'm working on. THEN the Teams Icon starts flashing. I have clearly already seen and acknowledged this message. Why is the icon flashing?
1. Can you please make it so looking at a conversation is enough to acknowledge I've seen the new message. Don't make me click the reply box. If Teams gains focus and I'm looking at the channel with new activity, that should be enough. Why do I have to click anything?
2. Prevent the start bar icon from flashing when I have already seen and acknowledged the new activity.
