External Keyboard Support on iOS
Better app logic when Bluetooth/External keyboard is connected.
- Better use of screen real estate.
- Logical keyboard shortcuts (chat apps typically use "Enter" to send messages, not "Shift+Cmd+D", even though that is what the Apple Mail App uses, it is not consistent with Messages, Slack, etc.
- Support for formatting (italics, bold, underline, etc.)
In Zoom I like being able to hit Ctrl+A to toggle mute, or hold down the spacebar to temporarily unmute so I can talk... enabling keyboard support will stop you needing to wave your arms next to the camera to tap on-screen buttons which is distracting in a meeting!

Would love to have a keyboard shortcut to Mute a call when on an active call -

Please align the external keyboard shortcut keys between apps. In Microsoft Teams if you want Italics you highlight that text and click Control+I on the iPad physical keyboard. But, on in the Outlook app Italics is Command+I. Control+I in the Outlook app is indent and will erase all of your text, move your cursor to the indented position, and disable the undo button.

If I try to insert a new line (Shift+Enter) in between paragraphs, hitting ‘Shift-Enter’ inserts the new line, but brings the cursur to the end of the text box.

This is another one of those “seems like it’s so basic a requirement it should be here” things. Given the heavy push we are making for Teams adoption, it’s the little things that can ultimately sway a user or company to ultimately adopt something like Teams.
