Categorize Saved Messages
I would like to have the ability to categorize saved messages. I have a list of messages with key decisions I would like to reference at a later date and it would be helpful to be able to find these saved messages within a folder.
Great idea - hopefully it will be implemented asap
The ability to create folders for saved messages and reorder the saved messages.
The saved message tab should be on the side rail.

Teams definitely needs a way to either organize saved messages or another option would be to 'Label' any posts/chats without having to save them. Then you could sort/filter by the custom label. (similar to Labels in Planner, but we would need more than 6 labels)
Navigating to saved messages is very slow. This is unlike Slack or WhatsApp starred messages.
Yes ... It would be a great addition to an awesome product.

Yes, yes, yes! Please also allow the the ability to search within just your saved items! Something like /saved [search text] would be great.
..."we need in our organization to win over the people who have a very structured system for their e-mail." THIS!! The ability to organize saved messages seems like a given. Please Microsoft!

This is an essential functionality that we need in our organization to win over the people who have a very structured system for their e-mail.
I also miss that functionality. Having the chance to create a folder or any other way to organize the information that I save is really useful. Otherwise information is difficult to find with the time when you have a lot of messages saved.
By default the only categorization of posts is under channels. Adding tags or other categories to the saved post function would really add value to the tool to avoid items being missed.
Agree. And a To Do tag could be treated as unread formatting, i.e. highlighting them in the saved messages section, similar to the Activity section. All too often, messages that still not some follow-up work get lost!

Yes Tags. And the ability to have a master set of tags but still allow the user to add tags on the fly. Master set would help typo's. I want others to see my tags as well.
Then the ability to filter conversations based on tags.
The ability to auto tag conversations based on a set of global rules.
Would be great to be able to add tags to conversations so that searching could be easier.
