Delete bot messages
With the Polly bot, sometimes a member of one of my Teams will make an error while writing out a poll. Currently it is not possible to remove this poll, or, as far as I can tell, any message that is created by a bot.
It would be great to be able to delete messages created by bots.
The ability to delete Bot messages feature has been added to the backlog. Thank you for your feedback!
Please expedite! This is a huge concern.

I have so many people reach out to me to delete polls - or at least be able to edit polls (typos). Specifically polls created using @poll or @form
I'd like to be able to delete a Forms Poll on Microsoft Teams please?
Hi, I can't delete form in the General channel for my team. Please advise.

Please address this! With urgency. Beyond frustrating.
3 Years. Still can't do basic delete. What's wrong? How hard can it be.
Agree with everyone's sentiments. Recently received access to the Teams resource and was playing around with its affordances before developing anything live for my staff. Included an example poll (see attachment). Imagine my surprise upon learning it can't be deleted. Short of deleting the entire team, not sure what to do.
For the record, I have nothing against vegans. I prefer a bean burrito over a meat version any day.

Please fix, this is confusing the users and making our jobs harder.
I need to delete a poll I created as a test for future meeting. Somebody help? Can we also have a decent and easy to create and use poll, not so complicated with forms, etc?
This needs to be brought up the backlog, this is ridiculous. if you delete it from your forms space, you should be able to delete it from the teams.

Did this get fixed without you guys noticing?
Obviously this is ridiculous. Get it done
It would be really good to have this function/feature. As others have mentioned, if you make an error in a form/poll currently it can not be deleted. Frustrating.

Teams is a communications program. These bot messages interfere with that communication. Why is that not enough to make this a "next sprint" activity?

Look how long it takes to take action on a feature so basic and so requested by users ... hard to accept.
NEED TO DELETE!!!!

With so many employees working remote and using teams to stay productive/communicate, how could this option on a polls not be escalated to fix the issue. It will not let you edit, nor delete once posted in a Teams Conversation.
Any update on this in the backlog and when do we estimate there being an update?
Tanks but how to delete messages created by bots (forms) on teams

This has already existed for a while now in our MS Teams (in Education). Se my attached screenshots, which I also have shared earlier when the Delete-button showed up for us in march/april. We don't use all the bots, but it works fine with Forms, Kim, and HeyTaco, and I assume it works with any other bot as well.
Same for me:
Also same for me:
"Complete agree. The functionality did not work for me and the form came out complete wrong in a channel with over 24 members. Quite embarrassing and there is no way for me to delete the form.. This should have been included in the initial solution!"
It is really ridiculous that we can't edit or delete a poll!!!"
It is really ridiculous!
It is really bad to have no way to delete the form.. This of course should have been included in the initial solution!!!
Nobody on MS is working with own stuff in production?
