It is a huge disruption to work flow not to be able to get a view of "shared with me" folders/files in the Teams GUI. Our specific use case is a private HR channel in teams of which specific folders are shared to individuals directly to restrict access (yes I know we could look at a staff onenote to duplicate this behaviour but the people involved are used to using files/folders. One step at a time). Our work around requires using the Sharepoint view of the shared folder and synching to the users computer so they can have access to a view of the shared folder from the PC.

I agree, but also it must be possible to see your shared folders in teams in your phone.

I can see a "Recent" list within Teams and can view documents that I have recently had open in the OneDrive web app. Why can't I see the "Shared with me" list of files within Teams. Right now this is only one of three things (in addition to viewing email and being able to edit documents inside the Teams app) that is keeping Teams from being completely seamless.

I also think this is a very important feature.
In my company we have a shared folder for all files of an area, and without this function the only way to refer to a file in that folder in the conversation is uploading it from the PC, and that way the files start to get duplicated on the personal user's "Microsoft teams files" onedrive folder.
