Connect Team Tab to Team Services with a different Microsoft Account
I would like to add a tab to my Team Services account, however it does not seem to allow me to connect to my Team Services account (which is a Microsoft Account not a O365 account)
I get the following error:
Sorry, you signed in as (xxxxxxx) <xxxxxxx@***.co.uk> in the Microsoft account directory. You must sign in as yyyyyy firstname.lastname@example.org in the YYY directory as that is the user signed in to Microsoft Teams.
As it stands I have no way to connect my Teams with Team Services.
Note: I can use Connectors to receive notifications into channels from my Team Services account ?!?

I'm logged into teams from my company.
I tried to add Azure DevOps.
It asked me to sign in, so I gave it my "email@example.com" email.
It signed me in... but apparently to the Microsoft account directory as it never took me to my corporate login page like O365 / Teams usually do.
When I tried to complete the sign-in, it gave me the same complaint as above.
Any update on this?

+1 we have the same issue. Our MSDN licenses are linked to personal accounts, so it isn't possible to connect Teams to Visual Studio Online.

Exactly the same issue. Office 365 accounts were created as a part of a project. And TFS existed alongside.
Same problem here.
We have the same problem. We created our TFS account before O365 so we have "persoanl" email accounts with @companyname.com which are not the same as our O365 account which is a business account (also with the exact same @companyname.com email address). Its annyoing but at least the connectors do not restrict. It would be great to some type of administrative setting to allow non business account access to TFS for the Tabs.
