Add Giphy Search Operators
For example putting things in quotes should search for an exact match.
Keywords should default to AND search rather than OR. If I'm searching for "wwe mankind" I want gif results that include both tags, rather than just one of them.

This is a non-starter in my opinion. It's not a search if it can't QUOTE and let alone AND or OR?

That's actually a Giphy limitation, not Teams."GIPHY search will automatically look for exact matches to queries + AND match + OR match. Explicit AND + OR boolean clauses in search queries are not supported." https://developers.giphy.com/docs/#technical-documentation

The word "perplex" returns zero results on Teams giphy search, but returns 126 results on the giphy website.

Even inputting all the (very specific) tags from a specific giphy gif from the giphy site and Teams can't find it...
"These are not the gifs you are looking for" would be more apt as a result....

Additionally there are issues where a search on the giphy website yields VERY different results than the giphy search built into teams.
