Leave page navigation expanded for Wikis
Leave the Navigation expanded by default. Users not knowing about the navigation may completely miss other information.

I agree! When a user clicks on the Wiki tab, they just see the top of a section and don't realize there's lots more content available if they click on the hamburger.
