Fulltextsearch for Wiki
It seems like the wiki content is not searchable with the global search
A wiki you cannot search for entries is useless...
This feature is now on the backlog. I will update you when we have more details to share.
I'm still confused as to why Teams is not using the SharePoint wiki as it's backend. It makes no sense to introduce a whole new system when SharePoint wiki has some stuff already in the box, e.g. SEARCH, tagging, liking, commenting, etc. SharePoint wiki needs a few extra peices to make it a enterprise and team friendly wiki e.g. Confluence.
I was hoping that we could replace confluence with SharePoint (Teams powered) wiki but I'm still seeing end users get frustrated with SharePoint and love confluence.
Awesome this feature is being planned!!

Three entries in the wiki on two pages and I'm abandoning it because:
1. I can't make it default to show all pages
2. There is no search
One or other is necessary to make it of any use
An easy way to display it from SharePoint site would also be helpful
Wow, no search? A huge swing and a miss with MS Teams Wiki. What good is a wiki if you can't find the information? This should be an expedited fix, not some future enhancement.

Thanks for the update Warren.
Great that it is being planned. Now for an ETA.

Very needed feature for a Wiki page. Any estimate on an ETA? Need to make a quick decision on using the tool or not.

Where a lot of people are complaining that the Teams "search function" is not working for the Wiki module
This option is a real must have to have an efficient application - and some more people would use teams I'm pretty sure of this
The complains for this missing features are older than 1 year ago.
Please create and add this "seach engine" on the Wifi feature
I wonder why is so difficult to include this search option. So many people wanting it, such a basic feature,... what are you guys waiting for?
It is a must have

Utterly ridiculous! I have been out working on another project for 5 years and just got back into the swing of things with the O365. Nothing has changed at MS since the early days when they released Outlook and forgot to add support for Rooms and Resources. Releasing a Wiki with no search. Just WOW. And then no one gets on the give an update or estimate or anything. Just ignore the issues as always and act like nothing is going on. Nice to know nothing ever changes at MS.
Another reason not to use the desktop version - at least with the online version, you can use the inbuilt browser search function to find things on the page
Without this feature having a Wiki page is completely useless. Warren not sure why this is on the backburner, it needs to be sorted ASAP.
Hello Admin. Please update asap. This is a must have feature.
This is a deal breaker for your wiki feature. Unless this is completed before the end of this summer we will have to use a dedicated wiki system such DokuWiki..
With out search and real means of linking between pages, and direkt link into the pages it can only be called a notebook..
Sad but true...
Please make this option available, if possible supporting boolean search operators!
It's insane that this isne't a top priority for teams
Microsoft promotes search so much but it's not available for wiki data in teams
