Need the ability to edit individual meeting details in a single meeting or a series meeting and save in my occurrence. This is mainly to track different daily agenda in a series meeting. I need the ability to save the agenda without having to send an update to the entire attendees. During the course of the day things come up that need to be added to the next day's meeting agenda. Since yesterday Teams is not allowing me to Save. Only options are 'Save and send to all' OR 'Do not save". Till day before yesterday could save the agenda and all of a sudden Teams is not allowing me to do this anymore.

Yeah we really need to be able to change the channel for our meetings and other possible edits. I now have to delete all my work on this meeting so I can recreate it in another channel as I didn't realize the channel I was in was locked to new members.

Need the ability to add a channel to the meeting after it's been created. I admit...I forget sometimes.

How do you edit a series of meetings? I am a teacher and need to change the meeting time for a class. The change will be effective going forward. Do I just have to cancel the meeting and start over?

I've been through every possible solution on how to change a teams channel for my meeting and nothing allows me to to this. Not very interactive MS! We need to be able to make amendments, now we are all using this much more we can really see where its just falling short. A shame its almost a great tool. I vote for this amendment!

It is a pain that I'm unable to update a meeting that I've arranged on the Teams Mobile app. From the forum queries, this appears to be an issue that has been raised time and time again. Do Microsoft intend to improve this and provide the functionality to update meetings rather than have to cancel and redo the appointment from scratch?

I was having this problem and I figured out that if you click "send update", it does save changes. But then when you try to close it, it still gives you the popup asking you if you want to continue editing or discard changes, but if you hit discard here *after* you hit send update, it is actually saved. not good at all but at least it does work.

I'd like to add my vote to this.
I cannot change an existing meeting's details (e.g. edit the times). This feature is totally broken in both the app and on the web, it will let me update it on my phone but wont let me save it.
Definitely needs to be fixed since everyone is relying on Teams during this crisis.

Hi all,
Quick question. If I add a new attendee to a meeting that already has participants does the system re-email the invitation to every participant or just the new participant?
Cheers,

I'm not sure about anyone else but I can successfully edit my Teams meetings by accessing them from the calendar in Teams, making the changes (I only changed the description details, not the dates or time) then hit send update. It worked fine and all of my students were notified of the change and it updated in the Teams Calendar.
This series of meetings was created through Outlook where I added the Team and the General channel for that Team to the meeting.

Fully agree that this feature is needed. E.g. to be able to add/change modify an agenda for recurring meetings.

I echo all of the users below who are asking to be able to edit created meetings specially the channel.

In order for MS Teams to be a viable collaborative tool it must have the ability to adapt to every changing dynamics-- that being some basics such as updating a meeting invite with additional or new members is key.
