Time format/zone in notification emails
When I receive emails notifying me about unread activity in channels, the timestamp is in a different format and, what's worse, a different time zone than on my computer.

Same here, im in the ** and i get it in PST.

I am in CST and anything related is set to the correct time zones but yet the "you're missing all the action" emails are in PST time. I had sent a message at 7:54pm. I read the message and minimized teams. At 9:12pm CST I receive the "missing all the action" email stating I have a new message from 5:54pm PST.
I definitely have read these messages already, yet the emails come for every message I get in any teams or group chat.

Every email we receive from MS Teams has a statement that says "Sent a new message to your chat with USERNAME, 12:36 PM PST."
The timezone being displayed on this email notification is always in PST and we are in EST.
Where is the setting for this time zone located?
