Add new Giphy content rating
Please add a new Giphy content rating between "Moderate" (PG) and "Allow all content". At least PG-13, but possibly more fine-grain across-the-board (like all primary "movie ratings").

Is there a way to change this content setting in general? I can change it for individual teams, but I sometimes see inappropriate gifs when I click into giphy in a chat looking for a gif to send.

The current content-rating setting makes the whole operation seem really rinky-****, they should be configurable by an administrator.

Apparently, all MPAA ratings are available. Should be an easy improvement.
