Enable "Always On Top" for the Teams window
I'd like to be able to make the Teams window stay on top of all others, as with the Skype conversation windows.
How can this feature should require a vote? this is basic and stupid request....
This is paramount in order to be able to review a document (like a resume) during a meeting (like a job interview)
It looks solved with the new update today :)
This is seemingly so easy...many other apps have this feature. Why the delay? Especially important for those of us using Remote Desktop so that the resident computer's Teams window is always open and easy to find.

I wish there was a way to turn this off on Mac. It's very irritating that you can't hide the meeting mini-window, and trying to minimize it results in the large meeting being opened.
There should be a configuration option to disable this "always on top" behaviour

The mini video window of the people you are talking to should always have this setting. Otherwise you might as well not have video when screen sharing.

Also make Teams incoming call pop-up on top.
This should be a 'no brainer'. Frustrated when finishing a conversation, trying to find the Teams window to simply hang up the call.

This is the one option that has prevented our team to switch from Zoom. Teams has so many other beneficial functions, but not being able to do this is holding us back from ditching zoom.
Why have you not implemented it yet! Why things which have been proved in the practice are removed?
The same applies to the possibility of resizing the column size, a "standard" feature these days!

This needs to get added ASAP. I used it all the time with Zoom meetings, and not having it in Teams is pretty frustrating.
This is so annoying! I use this feature all the time in Skype but we are now migrating to Teams and I find it so irritating that I can't keep my teams window on top. It really affects my productivity.
problem still here, 2 months, no update, every user sad of this, how do they think people push they products if making issues not solved quickly.
This pop-up is one of the most important part. Experience users going bad
Hope for something
Another vote - I'm fed up with being able to hear calls but not be able to answer them.

And make it possible to group the pop-out windows!
Please add this feature support. Floating this window while working on something else makes my life much productive and efficient.

Yes, please. A must-have in Homeoffice-Times!
I use a 3rd Party Program which makes windows AlwaysOnTop but the incoming call window stays on the Host-PC. ... since Nov Update - WHY? Can't understand Microsoft...
I have logged a ticket with Microsoft and they have now escalated the issue to their developer.. Absolutely ridiculous for taking so long to resolve this..it was working fine until Nov update.
I have so many unhappy users and this issue is making Teams so difficult to use.
Well, the whole Teams application itself doesn't need to be always on top. Overall if that were 'forced' that'd be annoying.
However ... since a few updates ago the 'incoming call' popup has indeed not been appearing above RDP windows (and I think pretty much any application window these days) anymore. It's annoying as all **** really.
I get a call and have to often spend the available 20 seconds searching for the 'incoming call' popup only to have to call back after people stop bothering.
I'm not sure if I've had it just 'not appear at all' or if I just wasn't on time closing anything and everything on the 'main monitor'.
So if anything needs to be 'on top' ... it's those kinds of notification popups.
During share screen you need to look for the windows chat to write a message to the person you are sharing. Would like to have it always on top.
