Add a “curtsy” emoji to compliment the “bow”.
Bring the fistbump emoji over from Skype into Teams.
Add the Party Parrot emoji collection.
Add emojis that relay more positive messages (most seem negative).

This item is still under review. I’ll keep following up with the feature team.

This is the main thing I miss from Slack. Add this and you'll have feature parity!
What do you mean, it's under review for 3 years...?
Please add support for this and other emoji 🤗
Everyone is here because they googled "partyparrot teams".
Any update on when the party parrot will be available? My team is killing me over the move from Slack and said they only need the parrot to make it through PLEASE FOR SANITY'S SAKE
Yes, PLEASE, more emoji support. As other users have mentioned, some features similar to Slack would be great. 😊 Such as:
1) More complete set of default emojis
2) Bring up emoji search when user types colon key when typing in chat. Typing emoji shortcut text filters to matching emoji…. Select via keyboard vs mouse, for quick selection
3) Bring up same emoji search when trying to react to a chat post
4) Allow custom emojis to be uploaded

It is definitely something my colleagues and I are missing after moving over from Slack... It would be great to have all emojis present!
Right now in my Teams configuration the only two non-yellow people emojis are white men. This is absolutely unacceptable in 2021 - white men do NOT represent all humans. Do better Microsoft.
Please allow us to create CUSTOM emojis, like in Slack. My company is going to make us start using teams chat instead of Slack and we all hate it. Please make it better.
I'd love the 🤞 fingers crossed emoji!
Came here looking for how to add party parrot to teams. Hoping for a Christmas miracle!!
The vast majority of people who use Microsoft products are more diverse than that reflected with the current Emojis. It there any chance that Microsoft will seek to become truly reflective of its users?
No parrot no party!

I am curious as to why MS does not let organizations choose these themselves at tenant level, and potentially let Teams owners change for their Teams. I find the choices "sad" and "angry" very little useful in a professional setting... I miss a normal "smiley" as the laughing one may not work in certain contexts. Let us choose ourselves, please.
Please just use the standard emojis!
Where is my parrot !?
its 2020 Microsoft, time to get some diversity in the skin color options
check mark emoji as a reaction
Party Parrot FFS Microsoft I think you underestimate how much of a barrier to adoption of teams this kind of stuff is and why many will just prefer slack
