I want to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time
LOG INTO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
We need the ability to sign in with multiple accounts. Many of us have several O365 accounts for various reasons (consulting, etc), and we’d need to be able to access teams directly. This is not a federation or B2B scenario, but a case where new O365 credentials have been created in another tenant for us. The app today only allows a single signed-in account at a time and that’s a blocker.
The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.
We need a build up. Otherwise I end up using two machines when I can do the job with just one.
Is there any update on this? This is most awaited feature.
This needs to be a much higher priority; how can we get Microsoft to take this more seriously?
Currently, members of my groups who are part of my university (and therefore on one tenant account) can see everything 100%, but people in other universities with whom we are collaborating are given guest access and can't access files, can't be given access to recordings THEY WERE PART OF! and generally the fact that they are on their own tenant account causes so many problems for me.
Perhaps the answer is that MS should broaden what a guest account is allowed to do (dictated by the owner of the Team/Channel, not at our IT department level) and notifications should ping up for all tenants.
When working with mutiple organisations there is a clear need of multiple team accounts, looks like this is not possible today. So please add this feature just like in outlook
Any news on that??? Still using Slack and thinking of taking out an annual Slack subscription as Teams is still not properly usable for multiple accounts...
Is there a solution now for multiple teams accounts? It causes a lot of problems when two organizations need to work together closely....

Microsoft Teams クライアント アプリにおける、アカウント切り替え機能について
Account switching function in the Teams client
現状において、Microsoft Teams クライアント アプリで複数のアカウントを利用する場合、その都度サインアウトをする必要があります。
Currently, if you want to use several user accounts in the Teams client, you need to sign out every time.
However, in order to do business with related companies, there is a need to use several accounts to take part in meetings.
It would save a lot of time if you could switch between different accounts without signing out, so please make this possible.

This is a must have for desktop Microsoft Teams. It takes a long time for me to switch between my work and university accounts, which I have to do almost daily.
Note that a work-around many of us use is to use the new Edge "Install this site as an app" to use the web version of Teams for each additional Teams account (one per tenant). BUT this is not a great solution because of the many missing features and limitations of the web version (no screen share in Chat, no pop-out chat, no indication of which window is being shared in a meeting, only 1 video feed at a time in a meeting vs 49 in the desktop application, etc.). This should be like Outlook's support for multiple simultaneous unrelated Exchange Server connections. I would even be fine if the only way to do this required each Microsoft Tenant run in its own separate memory-isolated Teams application (this would be a memory hog, but for those of us doing consulting with multiple clients, we probably have more RAM than average users), just so long as I can run every company in desktop Teams at the same time.

Throwing in my vote here.
it is a strong limitation to Teams, that my business partners cant access their multiple guest invitations of different organisations.
Is there any plans on actually implementing this 4 year old request. Its kind of hard to fathom how after 4 years this hasn't been accomplished. We are working on it is not really an answer after 4 years.
We wait :(

I have multiple companies I Work with and the all have their own team groups. I need to be able to have the available at the same time.
I am a student and a full-time nurse. These obligations overlap sometimes and I need to be able to have my work account and school account running simultaneously. It seems insane to have to log out of one to access the other. Please fix this. Thank you very much.
how i dont understand
A single phone number to use multiple or at least a minimum of 2 accounts considering office and personal... 2 different email addresses maybe used for same. But not feasible to use 1 contact number for just 1 account
It's mind blowing that it still is not supported correctly (and not at all on desktop), please fix!
I am a freelancer with a number of clients who have given me access to teams. Can we have multiple sign ins? We can do this on the one drive app. Also it would be handy for the desktop app as well
