I want to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time
LOG INTO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
We need the ability to sign in with multiple accounts. Many of us have several O365 accounts for various reasons (consulting, etc), and we’d need to be able to access teams directly. This is not a federation or B2B scenario, but a case where new O365 credentials have been created in another tenant for us. The app today only allows a single signed-in account at a time and that’s a blocker.
The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop and web clients. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.

I have 3 different clients where I use Microsoft Teams. This would be a nice way of closing the gap to Slack for Microsoft.
This bug / incomplete feature to making the software unusable.
This is important for people who belong to multiple O365 Organizations, work, school, divisions, etc.

As a Guest I can login to multiple tenants on MacOS Teams App, not yet on iOS apps which is frustrating.
This is competitive parity with Slack

Guest access is useless without this. I cannot be in my main client and get a notification from the guest accounts??? Come on. We need at least a notification or something.

With the announcement that Skype for Business is being replaced by this **** I'm truly losing hope in Microsoft. S4B may not have been for everyone but as a consultant I could work with many clients that all use S4B and I only needed one account. Now I have to have each client create an account for me in each of their tenants and then I have to log in/out of each (currently 14 of them). I think I'm going to migrate them away from 0365. So disappointing....
Anyone here have suggestions for competing products? Looking for the ability to chat (text, voice and video) and share screens between users in any number of organizations all from a single account.

Swapping between tenants is incredibly painful. I only have one tenant currently that I am working with but that will soon change. It takes about 30 seconds for me to move between tenants with no quick way for me to see any indication of notifications. This should not be buried and should be a 5 second swap.

As a Consultant I have to work with multiple customer supporting them using their own Teams account. having multiple account support will help me be productive
I work with different external parties on their tenant. It would be great to add the possibility to change tenants. Now you can only change to an external (guest) tenant when you get a message.

If you are okay with a little work-around setup... this solution might satisfy the immediate need:
Multiple schools and organizations

Create a quick tenant switch on app.

I also found this as a missing feature, but fortunately I found a workaround and it works well for me.
Open https://teams.microsoft.com and login using your credential and navigate to the window which you want.
Then, follow the below links to convert the Chrome tab as Windows application. You can create desktop shortcut and can open multiple windows. There is no restriction for opening multiple windows.
Hope this helps.
Suphatra that is REALLY unfortunate because we're also having troubles logging out and logging back in - even with the use of private browsing - I'mliterally awaiting escalated Azure support on both my accounts on this issue as we speak. SO if we cannot easily log in and out AND you will not work on allowing us to be logged into two or more accounts at the same time - we are screwed.
This has to get working or there is no reason for me to push my user into Teams.

So if its not possible to login info multiple accounts, maybe allow us to install an instance for each tenant for desktop OS. On mobile I personally don't need to be online for multiple accounts.

Disappointed, but understand. I've faced the same resource constraints on projects. I've seen the rumours and leaked images online that say "Skype for Business is now Microsoft Teams", but I hope this won't be forced - Teams needs features such as this one before it can even come close to being a full replacement.

disappointing...although, I haven't been able to test this out yet, but what happens if my O365 account is invited as an external user to another tenants team? The client only takes a username or password, how does it know to sign me into my Office 365 tenant or the Office 365 tenant I was invited to as an external user?
