I want to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time
LOG INTO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
We need the ability to sign in with multiple accounts. Many of us have several O365 accounts for various reasons (consulting, etc), and we’d need to be able to access teams directly. This is not a federation or B2B scenario, but a case where new O365 credentials have been created in another tenant for us. The app today only allows a single signed-in account at a time and that’s a blocker.
The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop and web clients. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.
YES! Definitely need the ability to access multiple organisations; my workplace is using Teams and the Volunteer Emergency Service I am a member of wants us using it as well. I don’t have time or interest logging in & out between different orgs. Looks like this has been an ongoing request for a long time. Come on Microsoft, please make it happen soon.

i know we can't have multiple tenants right now, but what is the recommended workaround... is there a way (even if it's a bunch of clicks) to 'easily' switch tenants?
Lars Roth commented
Please add this feature asap because it cost much time to switch the account. THANKS!

Hopefully this can be added soon, it's really useful and I don't want to switch to Slack.

Why not just allow me to have multiple instances of Teams open, one for each tenant?
Any updates on this?
All the "Consultants" who are suffering. Everyone has this problem. Think outside the box - like consultant should do.

genuinely blows my mind it's taken over 2 years to figure this out - currently consulting and doing my masters and need to use multiple accounts pretty much constantly, but it's not possible. Absolute ball-ache. It's a great tool, but the moment you need it in more than one place it's actually a barrier to productivity.

Work faster...this is killing consultants!

Pretty exciting. Looking forward to this capability being added to MS Teams.
Another scenario that I can't do right now in the app - sign in to my home tenant with my guest account instead of my main work account.
Domain-joined computer at Work, signed in with work acct to home tenant #1.
Sign out, and then sign in to separate business acct, tenant #2
Business acct is a guest in tenant #1.
When try to switch back to tenant #1 (now I'm a guest), it shows tenant #1 for 2-3 seconds, then it automatically signs out and back in to tenant #1 with work acct.
Now I have to use a browser to sign in to my home tenant #1 with my guest account.
How to get early access to Fast tenant switching?
This needs to work just like outlook - where I can view all of my tenancies and interact with them all at once without actually "switching".
We need easy way to communication between any tenants and multiple tenants account. Don’t let us switch back to Slack.

Huge vote up! I need TEAMS for work and school and this would really help me out a lot
I vote for this too! I'm a consultant and have two clients on Teams and need to chat with them both daily. Please move this to HIGH Priority in your feature list!!
As a Microsoft Partner that regularly signs up small businesses to Office 365, we use Teams to enable our clients to communicate with our support engineers. This typically means we have a user in each client's tenant that they can use to get ahold of us as needed. Cannot stress it strongly enough that being able to be logged into multiple Teams accounts at the same time, like we can with Outlook is critical.

Come on guys, how are are expecting to be a Slack replacement if you don't ever offer this basic feature
This cannot come fast enough! After being forced to try teams, and liking it, vendors have begun migrating their office accounts to Microsoft Office. This breaks the guest access that I've given them which completely defeats the purpose of even me using teams!

This isn't only for IT support. This is an issue when communicating and collaborating with any external partner. They could be vendors. They could be customers. If two separate organizations are using Microsoft Teams, then this is an issue. Looking forward to Microsoft correcting this missing seamless feature.
