I want to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time
LOG INTO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
We need the ability to sign in with multiple accounts. Many of us have several O365 accounts for various reasons (consulting, etc), and we’d need to be able to access teams directly. This is not a federation or B2B scenario, but a case where new O365 credentials have been created in another tenant for us. The app today only allows a single signed-in account at a time and that’s a blocker.
As stated in the last update, the ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is being implemented in stages for Desktop. Faster tenant switching functionality on the Windows client has been rolled out to the public ring fully, and Mac will begin rolling out soon. Work is in progress on cross-tenant notification improvements, and support for multiple accounts on desktop will follow. We’ll keep you posted!
Note: The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today.

This should be a TOP priority. I can't recommend Teams to my client, because they are a volunteer group and many of their people already have to use Teams for their "main" job.

This is a HUGE problem for me. There is no way I can be responsive to multiple clients. Slack and Ryver make it possible.
Tenant change because company changed name. 450 user affected. Very urgent for us!
In a multi-industry firm, with multiple domains hosted on Exchange, it seems like a complete oversight to not have toggle ability to move from one account to the other in all aspects of MS software. OneDrive allows it on mobile and desktop but not Teams?
While I'm at it, you've got to simplify Teams. The UX is cumbersome and complex. You can chat on the board, chat on the file, chat on the channel, chat in the project, chat on Skype, chat on top of chats. Cha'cha all around.
This is crazy, this should be an MVP requirement. no wonder there are engagement issues for this solution compared to alternative SaaS solutions that have complete flexibility and ease of use... big fail

This is critical to us - on both desktop and mobile, we need to have access to multiple teams from within our own organisations and our clients. Having to log out of one account and into another introduces risk or missed messages, calls etc.

For those of us who work frequently with customers who have taken our advice and started to use Teams, our life is very tough. We need to be involved with customer teams as well as our internal team at the same time. We have stopped recommending Teams as a customer solution since we are unable to support it easily.

If more people are working in multiple organizations in this day and age, having easy toggle between accounts if they're MS organizations is a must. I do this as a college professor in a school that uses MS, and in my own consulting I've chosen to invest in MS as well in order to work more efficiently. Account switching for ALL MS products is a MUST!

please please!! this is no way of working at this moment with three dfferent accounts! you wanted us in the cloud, now we are there but things are not performing user friendly ;-(

I’m a guest in several accounts, the PC app allows me to switch between them(although Gavin simultaneous access would be better), but the cellphone app requieres me to be constantly logging off and logging back on through out the day, nor very efficient.
Please add this item on top priority as I have three critical clients to manage with three different 0365 IDs
Alot of user traction on this issue for it to be backlogged!
We too have this issue, for us as a digital agency we have numbers of guest accounts for our clients.
Look forward to an update as this is going to become a show stopper for us using Teams too, very much not like the Tv adverts suggest as a boost to productivity, in fact combined with the issue that theres a glitch so sometimes you can't switch back to your organisations tennant after switching account to a guest, its actaully a severe detriment to productivity!
Looks like we'll need to switch back to Slack or Basecamp for a while. :(

YES this is so needed! I don't really use Teams because it is so frustrating when I have 5 different O365 Tenants and have to log out and log back in to use Teams. It would be awesome if it were set up like the Desktop OneNote client where we can just have a bunch of teams from different sites all in one spot.
Same for me, I also have a school account, training account, and a Microsoft educator account that I need to switch between.

This is a very important feature which will allow people to use Microsoft Teams as a single tool. At the moment, the lack of support for multiple teams accounts is hindering uptake within a number of organisations I am working with
Since Skype for Business is merged to Teams, this is very important for us to chat with users in different organizations now.

Yes please, I have a school account, training account, and a Microsoft educator account that I need to switch between.
This would be really important for us as we have 3 sister companies and we have transitioned from Skype to Teams. This is a big hurdle across the company for communication.
