I want to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time
LOG INTO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
We need the ability to sign in with multiple accounts. Many of us have several O365 accounts for various reasons (consulting, etc), and we’d need to be able to access teams directly. This is not a federation or B2B scenario, but a case where new O365 credentials have been created in another tenant for us. The app today only allows a single signed-in account at a time and that’s a blocker.
As stated in the last update, the ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is being implemented in stages for Desktop. Faster tenant switching functionality on the Windows client has been rolled out to the public ring fully, and Mac will begin rolling out soon. Work is in progress on cross-tenant notification improvements, and support for multiple accounts on desktop will follow. We’ll keep you posted!
Note: The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today.

Please have this working and I’ll be very very happy.
that´s a feature i´m really waiting for!!
absolut need, also for MACOS version
This option is a must :(
This is urgently needed, I'm late in a lot of cutomer discussions sice the messages doesn't show for other than the active team, my guest access Team messages are hidden?!? Not at all as fluent as Skype was for me... Fast tennant switching does not help me at all, don't mind a few seconds wait but I need to get access to the "skype type" messages from anyone who send me a message even if another Team Tennant is the active one.
very interested in this feature. For consultants...this is a MUST HAVE!

I'd like to be able to use my same Azure AD user account to be able to access across orgs.
I already can do so and show in the external directories as sourced from "External Azure Active Directory". It already works for SharePoint, Planner and other 365 related apps and SAML auth, teams should be no different.
I don't want to have to create a separate account within each organization -- which if what I'm seeing on the IOS app is the future that looks like the direction that things are heading.
So many of us are collaborating with clients, vendors, and others. Not being able to be on all the Teams sites slows collaboration and communication (no, I'm not checking email)
Really need this to be able to use multiple tenant accounts at the same time and not switch. At the very least, the Activity should show from all tenants and then we can switch to view details.Notifications need to be highly visible from all tenants
Hello, I will be interested in. Not switching but real multiple account connections at same time because I'm working as "transparent" consultant for 4 company at this time where I implemented Office 365 and Teams. I think we are a lot of independant consultants over the world working as shared company "jobs" where our client directions doesn't wan't that their external correspondants know that we are not internal ressources. Thanks in advance for that feature. Regards
I know that there are lot of comments, and you might have understood by now that fast switching isnt what is required, but it should support multiple accounts. there are valid reasons of having multiple accounts and microsoft should understand and come up with solution.
talked up how great Teams was to another client, and now really regretting it when I realised what a pain it is to be on two different O365 accounts.

I'm curious how you came to the conclusion that making the current awful user experience "faster" was your first priority... Why would you waste any resources on this?
The only solution to make this app useful for companies that work together is to merge all the teams I'm apart of across all tenants into the same list and make chats with all approved guests side by side with the rest of my internal company chats (like Skype has been able to do for 10 years).
Anything less than this is unacceptable.
This is Teams biggest short coming and IMHO it should be your top priority

I have found a workaround by using this app https://meetfranz.com/
It is just an aggregator of different services and what you get at the end, is two different accounts (with a web view) in a single place, without a browser and with all the notifications you need.
At the end the web version should be fairly similar to the app itself. Works with voice meetings, screensharing, etc...
Hope it helps!

Probably i will not be that interested in switching accounts , but to have both tenants live simultaneously

This reply helps not at all. What is "Fast tenant switching"???
Please don't forget to support it also on the MacOS app.
