I want to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time
LOG INTO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
We need the ability to sign in with multiple accounts. Many of us have several O365 accounts for various reasons (consulting, etc), and we’d need to be able to access teams directly. This is not a federation or B2B scenario, but a case where new O365 credentials have been created in another tenant for us. The app today only allows a single signed-in account at a time and that’s a blocker.
The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.

Please update on the status. Our company is deciding to go with Teams or other tools. The ability to connect to multiple teams from different tenant is crucial.
If the Outlook mobile app can handle email accounts from multiple tenancies (I have three on my Galaxy Note), why not Teams?
Any update on this? I see this was submitted in user-voice over a year ago and just got an answer a few months ago

I work in four (4) organisations who are all using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Phone System. I have four (4) different Microsoft Phone System telephone numbers across these different tenants, paid for by each of these four (4) companies.
I need the ability to login to all four (4) tenants and place/receive calls from all four (4) at the same time. I keep missing calls when i log out of one tenant and into another.

All of the Office apps need support for multiple accounts/tenants. Some have it already (Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.) and some don't (Skype, Teams, etc.)

Since it's now easy to invite Guest users from external domains, these users also have the problem when working as guests on multiples teams!
Any update on that issue ?
My main client ask me to migrate to slack otherwise !!
Can you share an update to this?
Really like the value proposition of teams. And in fact the whole teams/planner/outlook/onenote suite is pretty exciting.
But when some features (videoconferencing etc.) only work on the application, and the application is single tenant, and the mobile apps are single tenant, we can't use 0365.
Everyone in my company, and everyone I know, works with multiple businesses. That's just the way much of the world works these days. Logging in and out is untenable.
As someone else requested, if this is not happening soon, let us know and we'll just focus on google/slack/trello instead.
Be able to sign in to two accounts at the same time - have to use two different accounts for current work I'm delivering meaning I have to constantly sign out and back in between accounts meaning that I'm not being able to use the app in the way it's really meant to be used

this is quite essential for us as well. We use Teams with multiple classes and mutliple schools/businesses.
+1 for needing this. I need to use tokens at every signin when I change account.
It should be as easy as adding an account in Outlook. Given the demise of Outlook this should be bumped up the chain. Must be implemented in 2018.
Almost coming up to 100 days since the last update - any progress?

This is a definitive must have - impossible to use otherwise

A must have for working with customer Teams infrastructure and ourselves at the same time!
Agree, Slack can do this!
Please make an effort on this one...//Ann-Sofie
Another vote for 'make this happen ASAP'!
Instead of switching tenants to see the teams associated with another company, can we have all the teams from all my tenants in the Teams list? It's too impractical to switch tenants when the chat is active on both tenants.
The use case here is our Customer has O365 and Teams in their organisation, they've created a team for their project. We have Teams in our organisation, and use it for company chat. At the moment I have to switch tenants (which takes time, and hides updates from the other tenant) to keep up to date with that. I'd rather just (from the interface side) merge the two tenants together and see the teams I'm in in both organisations in the one "Teams" tab.

Same here, similar to Slack please. Currently have 1 small company off Teams entirely, 1 company accessed via Chrome (not ideal), and 1 company via desktop and mobile apps. REALLY wish everything could be integrated like Slack. When will this be enabled? If never, please let us know so we can move back to Google/Slack/Trello away from Microsoft/Teams/Planner immediately.

I would like the possibility to log on to additional accounts within the same instance of the application, or to be able to start additional instances.
When working as a consultant, I need to connect to both our own and customers teams at the same time, and currently, I need to log out and into another account to gain access to customer Teams.
