Multiple People Screen Sharing Option
Allow multiple people to share their screen at one time, similar to how hangout does it.
Thank you for your continued feedback, we have not forgotten about this ask. This feature request remains on our backlog. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

Can we know when this is going to happen? so then we can wait if it is in near future rather than moving to another platform.
What is the threshold for making this a priority? How many more votes will it take. I can make that happen if it would help. Need this yesterday....last year.
also, vote 7777 just hit comment 666. what a coincidence =D
7777 !! this schnaps number should be good enough to start development ;)

7753 votes now. And no update???
100 Votes within 3 weeks. Is this even popping up on your side as being a hot topic or something? I saw features with less votes that have already been started to develop. Why not this one? I know WSJF and assume that this won´t be the shortest job, but it definitely has a high weigth.
Sorry to be like that, but it seems like you´re using this portal just for a one-sided communication and the votes are actually irrelevant.
Voted. It's integrated in Circuit by Unify to share the screens for both participant's simultaneously during an 1:1-Conversation. It's very helpful for the four-eye-principle.

Voted. I run a lot of scrum meetings and feel this feature would be especially beneficial during demos. In today's virtual world, this seems like something that's likely in high demand!

Voted, with my apologies if the following already appears in one or more of the preceding 660 comment! ;-)
At the very least - and maybe as a first step in the right direction - being able to share each other's screen/window in *private* (one-on-one) calls. At the moment, only one party can share at a time, a limitation which is somewhat questionable for private calls.
After all, this "I see yours- You see mine" is already working for the camera feed, so why not for the screen/window sharing...
Voted. Even a button that makes it easier to switch screens would be better than the current solution of stop sharing then reshare. having to ask permission again is a wasteful step.

Voted up! This feature (sharing the complete desktop) used to work flawlessly in Lync / Skype Enterprise !
Also, when sharing a windowed application, if the application is across more than one monitor, sharing only displays the a fraction of the content of the window in one of the monitors (seems to follow monitor priority 1->2->3->...)
As mentionned, the screen sharing feature used to work much better in Lync/Skype Enterprise, this is a major regression.

Any update on multiple screen sharing features as its now becoming the ask for WFH.
A workaround would be to run quick assist at the same time with teams screensharing, or even use quick assist twice, which even allow more features :)
This would be so handy! The end user could then choose what screen to look at, or one could be focused much like you can with a webcam.

Has there been any movement on this request? It seems the feature is growing in popularity for many different usage scenarios.

Has anyone found an alternative in the meantime?
For remote learning, teaching and coaching this is an absolutely necessary feature.
For remote learning, teaching and coaching this is an absolutely necessary feature. Why is this still in the backlog?
More than 7600 votes and over 4 1/2 years old, what actually has to happen to prioritize this feature and to make it happen within, let´s say, half a year?
