Show video for all people in Video meeting
Currently when in a video chat it only shows the active video for the last 4 people that have spoken in the chat. On the bottom bar it shows icons for all those in the chat. If it could show small video for all those in the chat that have their cameras turned on it would be beneficial. Then everyone on the video conference can see the reactions of others, whether they were the last to speak or not.
This is a problem with most video chatting applications. Google Hangouts it the only one we have found that shows video of all the participants on the screen.

We are excited to announce large gallery view (7×7 videos) and Together mode are available to the public for desktop & mobile.
Large Gallery is an optional feature and can be turned on at any time during the meeting. The new large gallery has a flexible design and will deliver a network-optimized client video experience that works on multiple device categories.

At my company we work with large global teams and since we are transitioning from WebEx to Teams for our videoconferenced Scrum ceremonies, it's a huge step backwards to go from seeing the entire team in one view to only four people at a time.

I have a team consisting of 11 direct reports. Even though my company provided us with Skype for Business, I opted to pay for my own subscription for Zoom at about $16 per month because of the fact that it allows me to see my entire team on video all at once. This is vital for me. I REALLY like the additional tools that MS Teams brings to the table, so I really hope the video feature improves soon to include the ability to see more than just 4 people at a time... In the meantime, I'm going back to Zoom until MS Teams improves this functionality. Bummer...!

Would love to see this capability.

Zoom.us shows all video participants. We use Zoom today and it will be difficult to move away from it with one 4 video squares as people are used to seeing everyone.

When having conference calls only last 4 speakers can be seen. I would like to be able to see everyone reaction when I talk with them so it would be better to be able to see more then 4.. maybe with different templates .. to see 4 big and others small or everyone with smaller video so that all fit on the screen.

agree.
Also for microphone only conversasions, it doesnt show all participants on equal sized tiles [like skype does]. Participants 5 and up only have icons and can be missed? -

I agree that this feature should be available. I work on a global team of 10+ people and not being able to see everyone's faces in the Skype meeting is frustrating. It diminishes the value of being able to meet via Skype--because it reduces the democratization. It's only one step up from a voice-only call, which is disappointing.

Please give us an option soon. Viewing only half the table is very frustrating.

Using Teams video conference is posing challenges for me especially with my hearing loss because I cannot see everyone at the same time in order to lip-read them. I am disappointed that this has been placed on the backlog and not considering for those that need visibility to see everyone including myself who relies heavily on lip-reading. Our company is starting to transition away from Skype for Business over to Teams (Skype Online) and my team is working from another office, it is posing more challenges to collaborate with them. In addition, we tried to do a video conference call with a wide angle cam with team members around the table, it only shows half the team (if there is a second person joining the meeting from a different location).
Alternative solutions are being sought like 360 conference room web cam (CX5500, v.360, Meeting Owl, etc) but they come with additional price as well. Not everyone has the resources to pay these additional. Plus we don't know if they will work well as some of these companies don't have the options of trying the products before buying it.
So, if we enhance the ability to show all people in video meetings, it will help eliminate these challenges we are encountering.
