Show video for all people in Video meeting
Currently when in a video chat it only shows the active video for the last 4 people that have spoken in the chat. On the bottom bar it shows icons for all those in the chat. If it could show small video for all those in the chat that have their cameras turned on it would be beneficial. Then everyone on the video conference can see the reactions of others, whether they were the last to speak or not.
This is a problem with most video chatting applications. Google Hangouts it the only one we have found that shows video of all the participants on the screen.

We are excited to announce large gallery view (7×7 videos) and Together mode are available to the public for desktop & mobile.
Large Gallery is an optional feature and can be turned on at any time during the meeting. The new large gallery has a flexible design and will deliver a network-optimized client video experience that works on multiple device categories.

We have recently moved to Teams and this is a real step backward from our previous tool. Any updates on when this might be fixed?

This feature is essential for any organization to have a "collaborative" meeting. I have the the management teams asking why we are using teams when Zoom does a better job. This really needs to be prioritised and implemented. Lack of the feature is giving Zoom your business.

@SkypeSenorita said this was actively being worked on via Twitter and it says backlogged here. Which is it? This is sorely needed. I can’t move our org to Teams until this is done. We use Zoom today and it’s just so nice to see everyone instead of only 4 people.

More generally, it would be great to be able to select which video (or video(s) get focus.

+1 Also, the ability for presenter to show ONLY 1 attendee. If it is a big meeting with 1 to many presentation, I only want ONE person and all other features to drop off the screen. I know the intent is to use Teams live or event or whatever it's called, but there are serious barriers to entry with that technology.

This would make a huge difference + raising hands and other, similar meeting control options.

Please add this feature. Currently Teams doesn't even have a "raise hand" feature to request permission to speak. Meetings are chaotic when you are used to seeing everyone and "raise hand" live on camera (Zoom).

Please fix this, it costs us many hours to test scenarios - those hours should be spent on business.

This is main complaint for our organization with Teams as we transition from other services.

Absolutely! It would be great if we can get an option to show more/all video from participants who have it enabled. Also to "lock" a particular person in the video who may be presenting.

Our business is making noise about staying with Zoom because of the 4 person video limitation. The sooner feature parity with Zoom is achieved the better for MS Teams!

One more vote for this. We really like MS Teams, but this is a glaring shortcoming. Who has meetings that never exceed four people?

Every other platform has this capability.

Just got off my first meeting with more that 4 people and noted this issue. This is a little lame. Trying not to use Zoom after hyping teams to everyone in management but this is not good.

Super important feature for planning poker. Please hurry up with this one.

Why on earth would this be a back log item?? This is ESSENTIAL especially as you are pushing this as a business collaboration app. Seeing all participants is essential for connection and collaboration.

UGH! ...this is a step backwards for my team! We are used to GoToMeeting, and Zoom where we can see the entire team on the call. Seeing ALL the participants is a very important element on online team meetings. I really dislike that this dynamic has been removed for our team calls. PLEASE work on getting us this capability....hate to go back to paying for GoToMeeting, or Zoom just to get it, but it's worth having so I will! I had a team meeting last evening and I thought some members dropped off the call, only to realize that they were still there, just "invisible"...not good at all!!
