Show video for all people in Video meeting
Currently when in a video chat it only shows the active video for the last 4 people that have spoken in the chat. On the bottom bar it shows icons for all those in the chat. If it could show small video for all those in the chat that have their cameras turned on it would be beneficial. Then everyone on the video conference can see the reactions of others, whether they were the last to speak or not.
This is a problem with most video chatting applications. Google Hangouts it the only one we have found that shows video of all the participants on the screen.
We are excited to announce the 3×3 video view has been rolled out 100% to for Windows and Mac Clients. If you aren’t seeing 3×3 yet, please logout and log back in to the client.
We realize 3×3 is a start, but not good enough… as mentioned, we are continuing to work to include more videos during a meeting, as well as enabling support for mobile devices. Hence, the “partially done” status.
Please see documentation here: https://support.office.com/article/using-video-in-microsoft-teams-3647fc29-7b92-4c26-8c2d-8a596904cdae
We are getting feedback that this is an essential feature for training sessions and working with vulnerable groups.
Please add this soon.
Any update? I am about to switch to zoom if this is not available in the near term.
this feature is needed! especially when work with cross-functional teams during this virtual work time. We need it to help people feel connected and to see who is in the "room".
I think the proposal to show every one would be great!
Hola Equipo Microsoft TEAMS!!!
Gracias por existir!!!
Sería genial que activen la galería o mosaico de las cámaras para ver a las alumnas
Quedo atenta a ese maravilloso desarrollo!!!
Dios los bendiga

All our staff are using Zoom now.. Couldn't hold them back. This is literally the only feature keeping everyone off teams. This is the problem with the Microsoft licensing structure, they don''t lose any money by you using other platforms as well, because we're all paying for the whole package no matter what we use and there's no incentive fore Microsoft to solve these problems. Also somehow Microsoft manages to hire massive numbers of developers and still remain incredibly slow and incapable of responding to fast shifts in the industry.
LOL. May as well be MSN Messenger. A/S/L ? Only 4 people view-able. Complete waste of time. Put some more RAM in your IBM's and make this happen already. No one ever stopped to think a "Team" might be more than 4 people? Alternatively you could rebrand; Microsoft foursomes.
Working on it. Does that mean it will be completed this week or next week?
Also considering signing up to Zoom to solve this problem.... Is there any indication on timing for this feature?

Lets go Microsoft.. We need more than 4 views!!
More than 4 people on a screen would be great.
Zoom has this feature, why doesn't Teams have it?
Yup Google meets is the best one. We went to Microsoft teams and had too many issues of cutting voice feed and can't see everyone at once.
When you say accelerating your work to put this feature in, what does that mean? what is the time frame from your project team, a week, 2 months, a year? give us something as we're trialing Teams for 350 people and looking to push out E3 licensing but everyone is complaining about only being able to see 4 people in Teams and 25 in a gallery view on Zoom.
Consequently people have now started ignoring Teams and setting up Zoom meetings. We'll soon reach a tipping point where we will need to purchase Zoom licensing.

A very critical feature that is needed for our team.
This will be the end of Teams if they don't release better video chat by the end of the hour.
We are a major insurance company who are - correction, were - fully committed to Office 365 but now find we are having to deploy alternatives to Teams due to this absurd limitation, which is technically and politically embarrassing. Please hurry up and give us a reason to remain loyal to MS!
The Zoom capabilities on visualizing the participants is really perfect and improved even in the last months. Teams really needs to catch up on that. Seeing only 4 participants is a big downside, and we keep getting our Teams users asking about it in our Org.

Please give us a time line, it is very disappointing that when you look at show previous admin responses they started "Working on it" back May 14, 2019. We need this within the next week.

Our company has been using Teams since we started working from home, and the #1 complaint is that you can only see 4 video feeds at a time. Many/most of them use Zoom or have used Cisco previously, so this is a real turn-off for them as we are trying to get them hyped about migrating from S4B to Teams for our telephony and meetings...
