Show video for all people in Video meeting
Currently when in a video chat it only shows the active video for the last 4 people that have spoken in the chat. On the bottom bar it shows icons for all those in the chat. If it could show small video for all those in the chat that have their cameras turned on it would be beneficial. Then everyone on the video conference can see the reactions of others, whether they were the last to speak or not.
This is a problem with most video chatting applications. Google Hangouts it the only one we have found that shows video of all the participants on the screen.

We are excited to announce large gallery view (7×7 videos) and Together mode are available to the public for desktop & mobile.
Large Gallery is an optional feature and can be turned on at any time during the meeting. The new large gallery has a flexible design and will deliver a network-optimized client video experience that works on multiple device categories.

9 is a start yes, but we need the ability to see everyone in a meeting/class. Our school, that's 30, others 25, other 60... it just needs to be everyone.
But, just as importantly, the Owner of the meeting needs the ability to control what all users see. If i want to just show 1 person to everyone, we need that ability. Right now, I can have a guest speaker and the students can pin another student on their screen and just watch them! The owner needs the ability to pick a template and apply that to everyone. -

omg... it's 2016 comments, and Microsoft only answer it on 2020...
and only will increase from viewing 4 participants to 9 participants... while ZOOM or even WeChat video call able to do equal or more than 9 participants.
Would appreciates for a quick response and update. -

Definitely a step in the right direction, but I would agree with others in the thread, nine is still quite limited.

Agree with others. Really? 9? I had a team virtual happy hour on Webex and had 19 on at once. Not sure what their limit is or if there is one. Sure it’s a start but it’s like saying you’re not broke because you have $1 in your pocket.

Finally progress but 9 is NOT enough - hustle!
We need to view all users at once and have death to unsecure zoom meetings!

Being a teacher of the younger children, they miss their friends so being able to SEE all of their classmates at the same time brings such a smile to their face. I was using another provider, but now I was told I have to use Teams. Please make it available to see all of my students at one time.

Please update to at least 24 to allow classes to utilize your product in a more complete way, especially during this time where teachers need to rely on a forum like this, whether it be Teams, or Zoom, or another platform, in order for classes to connect with one another! Please proceed directly to the larger fix!!

Thank you for making this improvement and working to enhance Teams even further.

Teachers have more than 9 students. Should jump straight to 36. After all, Grady has been waiting 3 and half years, I have never seen so many votes. Let's skip another Microsoft, too little, too late and go for it all!

I'm amused by the comments thanking MS for their magnanimous and gallant effort to get 9 (NINE!!) faces on a screen at once by the end of April. Stockholm Syndrome much amongst the rusted-on MS enterprise users. Even with 9 faces on screen, the user experience of Teams for videoconferencing will be decidedly sub-par, overly complicated and poor in comparison to its competitors - not least in terms of being able to see that 10th colleague...or all 30 students in a class. Poor show Microsoft.

Hi Alex, If the teacher and the students are deaf they don't appear on the screen in a video as they are not making any sound, they are using AUSLAN sign. Question, how do we ensure that we can also see students and teachers that are AUSLAN signing and not speaking so they can interact.
