Show video for all people in Video meeting
Currently when in a video chat it only shows the active video for the last 4 people that have spoken in the chat. On the bottom bar it shows icons for all those in the chat. If it could show small video for all those in the chat that have their cameras turned on it would be beneficial. Then everyone on the video conference can see the reactions of others, whether they were the last to speak or not.
This is a problem with most video chatting applications. Google Hangouts it the only one we have found that shows video of all the participants on the screen.
We are excited to announce large gallery view (7×7 videos) and Together mode are available to the public for desktop & mobile.
Large Gallery is an optional feature and can be turned on at any time during the meeting. The new large gallery has a flexible design and will deliver a network-optimized client video experience that works on multiple device categories.
Note: For the status of this feature for Government Clouds, please visit https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/926545/suggestions/40000762.

The ability to have more users in a video call is important. We do not use the audio on the call, but a separate bridge to allow us more flexibility, so the cameras will never change to whoever is talking. I have eight people at this time and only 4 of us can participate
I am very surprised that it is so limited. Please add this functionality!
This is super important. I work for a company with mostly remote workers and skype allowed us to have large video chats with our entire team. We've now migrated to teams for security reasons and lost this ability.

This is an important requirement for how we work as well. We've been using Zoom for meetings with the different teams, because then we can see everyone at the same time in tiles. It's extremely important to be able to see the people you're having a meeting with, and specifically be able to see reactions and interact not only with video.
Seeing only the last 4 persons who was active in the call makes absolutely no sense if you're a team with more than 4 people.
Or if you could select who was visible.
During our daily calls I can't even see half the people in the room because the video is cropped...

I concur with Grady. It would be beneficial not only for those to see other's reactions but also for those who are hearing impaired, including myself, that relies heavily on lip-reading. Anytime there are more than 4 users in the video chat, it takes time to switch out for the active speaker (if they are minimized). When that happens, the first few seconds of the conversations is missed because we couldn't see them. This poses accessibility issues. Adding the ability to show all active videos would be great along with the feature to pin those active videos.
Google Hangouts did a pretty good job with this idea, it would be SO great to have that functionality.
During video calls, allow us to click on a person to force their video to take up the whole window (Including one's own camera!). Especially since some people do not turn on their video, their icon should not take up a portion of the screen that could be used to enlarge an active video broadcast. Thank you!!

If there are more than 4 callers in a group all the call parties will only have max 4 displayed on screen, can the team please make it at least more customisable so people can choose how many the want to see or if it's too complicated at least have all of the callers displayed instead of only the 4 active ones.
It's such a great idea to have video group chats, but it's really bad that you can't have more than 4 visible screens at a time. :)
