Slow performance and high memory consumption
This may technically be a bug but I'll add this anyway as a blanket item. The performance of the desktop client is just abysmal in my experience.
Clicking around constantly freezes the UI, and typing is painfully slow.

The good news is, we’re actively working on this. We recently pushed an update that improved performance when channel switching and scrolling. So this should be considerably better for you.

What was it merged to please? This did get better and now it's got worse - double the memory consumption on startup and crashing.
How to find source/connected voice?
Make Teams an UWP app with beautiful fluent design and distribute it exclusively through Microsoft Store. All new features should be always Windows first. Have some imagination, make it happen ASAP.
