Include notifications based on keywords.
We need to get notifications based on keywords. For example: I am a subject matter expert for SAP and I like to know when SAP is typed into a channel so I can offer assistance.

Agreed. We just transitioned from Slack to Teams. The keyword notifications are how I did most of my...Slacking. This is sorely missed in Teams.

it would be good if you could get notified when a Chat references a key word eg. whenever "Norway" is mentioned within a Team or channel

Agree. This is a function that we used heavily in Jabber and Mattermost and is something that we miss when using Teams.

In Slack there is the ability to define specific words, that triggers notifications.
Fx. your nickname, project keywords and so on.This should be possible in the notifications settings.
