Ability to integrate with webhook
Ability to send pretty much anything via a webhook and json payload (jira, confluence, bitbucket, ... )
Incoming Webhook is an available connector however it doesn't accept payloads from BitBucket and other source control providers out of the box.
Outgoing Webhooks, as they are now, are limited in that they cannot be used in the mobile teams app. It would be realy great to have that ability; is there any reason, why it doesn't work there?
Outgoing webhook "idea"
Outgoing Webhooks would be nice, sending all messages from a channel, all messages matching a filter or maybe even custom /commands. Ideally customizing how these messages would look should also be possible as well as options such as authentication.

Agreed. Outgoing Webhooks would be awesome.

As Johan Bennink already said - this capability exists already via the Incoming Webhook connector

@kaj isn't that what the "Incoming Webhook" connector is for?
A webhook connector already exists but it is broken at some points: https://teamsfeedback.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public-preview/suggestions/16951963-fix-webhook-api
as it isn't possible to edit suggestions (at least I couldn't find a way) what I meant was for teams to be able to receive via a webhook a json payload and display it in some fashion. Most other services have the ability to send such data as an integration point to other systems.
These are typically used for notifications (someone committed X, server Y was spawned, alerting, etc.)
