Move a project (channel) from one team to another
We would like to move a project (channel) between groups to keep the information.

* Moving messages from channel to channelRealized I needed it like 1 day into the ramp up for the organization. This seems to indicate to me that these are basic requirements and not some "nice to have" that is seldom used.

To me, the inability to move something across Teams or even in some cases across channels, is the biggest remaining weakness of Teams. Please please move this feature up to the top of queue!

This idea is from 3. november 2016. Still on backlog - this should considered basic feature.
For a dynamic company or project organisation it is important to beable to transfer channels from teams to team. Agility and flexibility is so much lost with this limitation. Please Microsoft - Get set - Go!

Necessary feature for those using and following projects. The need is to move between Teams that have different functions in the project. Critical that the Posts would move with the channel as well.

Coming in as new Business Area Lead for my company there are several older existing scattered teams, channels and threads that I would like to move under the umbrella of my new Team called Cloud.

I use Teams to organize the Potential Sales of my manufacturing company, as well as work for ongoing customers. Once we have a sale, it seems wrong to keep the channel in that Team. It should move to ongoing customers. I know I'm asking the same as everyone else here, but this should be priority!
