Add "quick reply" box to chat notification
Add one line text box to the new message notification so I can respond to a message quickly without switching the apps.
Great news everyone, this item has released to the public!

Is this being worked on for just Windows notifications? Or, are you also planning to allow user to reply to chat notifications from mobile lock screens like you can with iMessage and other chat apps on the iPhone? The latter is really needed as well. Can you please clarify what is being added?
I'd love if the WIndows app would use the WIndows 10 native notifications and not custom ones. Because when I put my laptop in quiet mode, I don't want to see those notifications as well.
I would love to be able to reply to a direct message, or a direct @mention from within the pop notification, without having to actually switch to the Teams app.
Can't wait to see this feature added.
Yes, and keep the window there until I click on it. Right now it disappears after 5 seconds so I often miss the "notification"!

Hi guys :)
Please add the reply from notifications on the mobile APP (W10M,iOS and Android)
When your working and doing lots of things, and you don;t want to leave the screen. Then the notification pops from a co worker. I would like to be able to reply within the small notification window without leaving the screen. I would like to answer quickly and not have it change screens
Especially on Windows 10 Mobile.

This does irritate me, much easier to quick reply rather than clicking reply and waiting for the app to then load up again. Also needs to be included on the mobile version.

+1 on this one for andorid. all the other chat apps have added the quick reply via notification box which is nice at times.

It would be nice to have interactive notifications regarding messages so we can reply without opening the app
