Video meetings (Smartphone)
It would be great to participate on video meetings via smartphones (Microsoft Teams application). Most of the people have a smartphone with a camera.

This is done! For more details on how you can join video meetings from your smartphone, just read our blog post announcing this feature: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Teams-Blog/New-collaboration-features-in-Microsoft-Teams-mobile-apps/ba-p/89019
Thank you for your support of Teams and your great feedback, which made this feature possible. THANK YOU!!

My team is on windows mobile, why has this not been mentioned in your plans as if you don't have your OWN mobile OS?

My users are asking about joining meetings via mobile apps. It's a big deal for our Sales n Executive people who travel a lot. Most of our other teams have switched over from Skype FB for chatting now.

Even more important than video calls is group audio calls on mobile. 1:1 was a start, but not being able to do groups will send have sending Teams packing.

On iPhone voice calls work, but you can't join a meeting and get the voice to work.

Agree, video chat for smartphone apps would be helpful for our team.

We are looking for an update on this as well. Our company moved to Teams but I'm forced to hang on to our g-suite account for Hangouts.

Hi Guys, This feature is a requirement for my company to get teams off the ground. We use skype meetings currently - and the ability for scheduled multi party meetings via the mobile app will allow us to move all of our collaboration to teams. PSTN dial in is a nice to have, but joining via Wi-Fi 4G is a must have - even if just audio for now (Android AND iOS)

@Suphatra any updates on this? Could mobile user join existing call in team? When organizer of the call invite a person, then it works, but active joining by new participant does not work.. :(

1:1 yes, but also need group chats and Teams Meetings to support Video . All equal importance in our day to day operations.

Please can we make sure group video will be amenable for the Mobile applications, more important than 1:1 IMHO

I have been using Meetings ever since the Outlook integration but after getting stuck in traffic this morning I have decided to convert back to WebEx until this feature is made available.

Group Audio calls via mobile (Android+iOS) is one of the main expectations w.r.t team coordination. Look forward to this being implemented soon.
