How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

Include Office 365 group calendar in teams

It would be good to be able to click on a calendar button on the left hand side to get a view of the Office 365 groups calendar as you would in the calendar app. Good for being able to look and get a glimpse of what is coming up with the group. At the moment I have to go back to the calendar to look at it.

Even if the implementation within Teams was a read-only view of the calendar and actual updates to the calendar were still done in Outlook, that would be fine for most of our use cases. Especially if that allows for a quicker release date!

Is there a way to add a shared calendar to teams without getting prompted with the OWA login window?

Is this happening? It's gone spring and we are in desperate need of this. Would significantly aid in a wider adoption across our customer base. Contact me if you need testers.

When can we see this functionality? Clearly people are begging for it. We are looking into using Teams but one of our requirements is a shared team calendar that we can all update and manage. Any info would be appreciated even if it will not be available for a while.

@Colm C. You are correct. An O365 group is created for the MS Team. Microsoft implemented a change a year or two ago that hides the O365 group. This is to avoid confusion of it's use. You can run a PowerShell script to unhide it (then load the group calendar via a website tab), but I wouldn't recommend it, especially with this pending new feature. People have expereinced issues, especially running in desktop and mobile modes.

Microsoft, please can you provide an update regarding this development. It is something that is much needed.
