Include Office 365 group calendar in teams
It would be good to be able to click on a calendar button on the left hand side to get a view of the Office 365 groups calendar as you would in the calendar app. Good for being able to look and get a glimpse of what is coming up with the group. At the moment I have to go back to the calendar to look at it.
The team continues to make progress on this. We will share more details as we have them.
Our company has just got us all to switch to teams.
Guess what was the FIRST thing we tried to do? That’s right - set up a simple, shared, project-specific calendar for team meetings.

Will this planned change include any support for ical format? We're trying to get external calendars to show in Teams but there is no solution currently.
I am surprised this is not a basic feature. This is supposed to be a collaborative space, but we can't see other team's calendars and see when they are free to schedule a meeting with them???
Is calendar ready in Teams?
any news on this?

We need a month view as well! How was this excluded from the original Calendar app?

Whoa... has this been in the works for 3 years? Is there an ETA?
Our client is considering rolling out teams across the enterprise, but lacking this feature could be a deal-breaker. It seems this feature would be foundational in a collaborative tool.

Is this represented by an item on the Road Map that we can track?
Found no sane workarounds yet.

I'm still waiting for this, since 2018 .... Is anyone using a viable work-around successfully?

Another feature could be to show channel specific calendar events in every channel.
Its good that we can create meeting in Teams and assign a Channel to that Meeting. But having a list of all the events related to that channel would be helpful. And by this, I don't mean it in a calendar view, instead I just need a list of all the events related the channel sorted by Date (Similar to the Calendar Widget in Microsoft Launcher for Android).

Cannot believe this is not in the basic list of features
Long overdue and would be welcomed with open arms,
Google Classroom makes this really simple. Every classroom has a calendar, and any student that joins that class automatically gets access to that calendar in Google Calendar.
If there are “a lot of things will need to come together as this is a complex piece,” then I suggest you’re making this more complicated than it needs to be.
I’ve seen the current way to add a calendar to Teams/SharePoint, and it’s absurd (with way too many steps) and useless (neither visible nor integrated with the team).
Teams is a good attempt at integrating Slack-like features. I don’t know if/how Slack does team calendars, but it may be time to look elsewhere for a model of how to do it in a useful way, like Google Classroom.
That would be absolulety amazing!
What we need is not only a Team Calendar for collaboration, but the ability to export SELECTED meetings / events from our Outlook calendar so that my entire Outlook calendar does not export to the team calendar. We are a team of training specialists and we need to be able to glance at a monthly view calendar with only our training events to be visible to all training team members.
Any solution here?
welcome back Alex! I was starting to think that Microsoft had abandoned this whole UserVoice thing.
I couldn't work out why I wasn't finding an easy way to display team calendars (both Team and Channel level) in Teams - I agree this should be basic functionality in a "collaboration" tool.

As a similar, but maybe not exactly the same request, please make all calendars (iCloud, group calendars, etc.) that are visible in Outlook sync to the Calendar view in Teams.
Any updates?...we are very much looking forward to this feature
