Support native system emoji
For consistency it would be nice to see the operating system's natively rendered emoji font. W10 Anniversary has great emoji that fit the Microsoft design style very well.

This is soooo annoying on macOS, it's really not funny.

Why, why, why use custom emoji when the system ones are great? Especially on macOS? Why are you making it harder than it has to be? Please just use the system set. Please.

Most every other communication app using system emoji. People are used to them. Please switch to using system emoji.
Skype emoticons look dated now and it's a frustrating context with to have to remember that Teams has different emoji than Slack, sms, iMessage, Twitter, email…

Add support for this style of emojis: http://blog.emojipedia.org/windows-10-creators-update-emoji-changelog/
They should be supported in every client (Win7, +others)

The emoji included look dated and the collection isn't as complete as the W10 collection.
