Multi-window for chats and more
I want to have separate top-level windows for each person I'm chatting with, rather than tabs.
Hooray! Multi-Window chat has been a long-awaited feature, and it is rolled out fully to the general public. Please be sure to “check for updates” and restart your client if you aren’t seeing it.

It would be nice when clicking on the user contact information pop out there could be a button to call the user on Skype for Business.

One should be able to pop the chat window out separate from the Teams application...or be able to open Teams twice - hard to chat with someone about content in Teams without being able to have them as two separate windows. I can't figure out how to do it anyway.

Add the ability to pop out a private chat to its own separate window
agree, this is far to big
We need to be able to collapse the chat screen down, the same way we could with Skype. There is a huge gap between the chat and even the time displaying, this is valuable real estate better served by giving us the desktop space. I do have large screen but like Rudesh commented 1/4 of my screen is the TEAMs window, way way to much guys..
Agreed. Weird layout things happen whenever the window is resized smaller than a certain size. Should be more "responsive" and handle something other than full screen.
The size of the window can only be reduced to cover 1/4 of a laptop screen on 1280x 800 display
I would like to be able to "pop-out" and move a video chat where someone else is screen sharing onto another monitor while I look at other chats in the application on another monitor.
