Adding any emoji as a reaction remains under review.

I am marking this as partially done to let you know a new reactions bar with Like, Heart, Laugh, Surprised, Sad, and Angry has begun rolling out to all users.

We had to pull resources on this to focus on quality and performance work. This is still on the roadmap but being pushed out a little bit. Will let you know when it’s back to “working on it.”

I need your feedback!

Which would you rather have and why:

1. A small selection of the most popular emojis, all work safe.
2. A large selection of all emojis available, for example like as many as Facebook provides.
3. A medium selection that compromises between option 1 and 2.

This is a brilliant idea since we use this at work and many times a colleague would post a thought or an open ended question that we could show our disagreement with.

I agree and like this feature of Slack, but just found the emoji which a person could use to reply to a particular comment.

We rely on the emoji reactions in Slack. :shipit: squirrel, Followed by the checkmark when code has been deployed. We communicate with these one-click symbols. Please add them so we can switch away from Slack.
