Notifications for all messages in a channel

There is no clear way how to enable all notifications in channels. I have channel where I am interested in all messages.

To set notifications for all messages in a channel, just click the little ellipses next to the channel name and choose “Follow this channel.”

    This feature is a must have. Otherwise the channels are useless for us.

    Any news on when this is getting implemented? Echoing what others have said this is a deal breaker for us and at least knowing if/when it's coming would really help!

    Is there an update on when this will be available? Some communication would be nice. It seems like these boards are a black hole. The majority of people suggest ideas, make realistic and helpful suggestions, and we get little feedback if any. Communication should be a two way street.

    I can see that it was labeled working on it on 1/6, but when will it be ready? At least a general idea would be nice. Heck estimate high and deliver sooner, but living in the dark isn't helping anyone. One month, two months, or what?

    missing the sound, banner, and other notifications - nevertheless is my chat open or not (as its in tray bar)... - need to be able to allow notification = and get notified of new message.

    Going to have problems getting users to adopt this without notifications. Was excited that we would be able to really use this product, but probably won't happen without this critical feature.

    Ditto on this being a required feature. My "team" conversations take place in their appropriate channels. We've had multiple missed messages because there is no alert. Please make this feature a priority.

    We won't use Teams until this feature is working. @ mentioning every time is nightmare.

    Hi this is a critical feature that without it we cannot adopt successfully the product...
